The Medicare Rights Center provides face-to-face counseling at 21 senior centers in New York City every week through our Medicare and Medicaid Assistance Project. Our clients benefit from our technical expertise right in their local communities, and in their own language.
The community programs we sponsor all across the five boroughs and in Westchester County reach thousands with vital information and assistance.
Our caseworkers help people with Medicare understand their drug plan options, screen and enroll them in low-income programs, and help with other Medicare-related issues.
Our hotline is available to any New Yorker who needs assistance and would like to speak with a trained professional.
